    My hair is quite thick and below shoulder length. I can make two big balls of hair, tightly wrapping two sections around my finger, and clamping it down to hold it all up. For exercises in the pool. It stays wonderfully. The teeth of the clasp are made of slightly flexible material that does not break like other clasps I have tried.
